We commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of the first congregation of the Renewed Unity of the Brethren in Bohemia and Moravia. It happened on 16 October 1870 in Potštejn. Due to last year's pandemic, we are a year late. A choir day to mark the occasion will be held in Potštejn on Sunday, October 12, 2021. There will be a service at 9:30 a.m. and a choir celebration at 2:00 p.m.

After more than a year, preachers, pastors and other workers in the church could meet again for a pastoral consultation. We met in Prague in the Milíčova Chapel, the headquarters of the Prague Ochranov congregation (in robes and spacing, as seen in the attached photo). In addition to the Bible work, the topic of conversation was the use of liturgy and the order of service in special worship gatherings. Another big topic was the church's strategic plan and congregational development plan. Brother Zvonimir Shorm, the church-wide pastor for ministry, was invited as a guest. We believe that the lecture and the stimulating discussion were beneficial to the life of the church and the congregations.
